Oxford is better for every subject almost except engineering and business in which Harvard wins hands down. Anything arts related like history or PPE oxford is the best in the world.

Oxford has been ranking higher than Harvard according to the World University Rankings.

However, both are continuously in the top 5 schools in the world.

Obviously no. On the other hand, if you ask whether Oxford is better than Harvard, then the answer is the same: obviously no.

Both are very good but very different universities. There are some things that are better for some people at one of them, but overall you can not compare them. The same is true for many other good universities.
